Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your jacket. It must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.

How to Return
Email info@therainbloom.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 1 to 3 business days with return instructions. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us.

Faulty or Wrong Item
If your jacket arrives damaged, or you received the wrong size or colour, send us a photo or video within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
